Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award for Charity & Weiss Brokers

FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agents (SM) Announced

Gabriele Charity & Ruediger Weiss, Brokers and Owners of CHARITY & WEISS International Realty LLC have both been voted Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agents in the SARASOTA Magazine.

Sarasota, FL (July 10, 2009) - In the July 2009 issue of Sarasota Magazine, the 2009 FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agents (SM) are announced.
Sarasota Magazine formed a partnership with Crescendo Business Services, an independent research firm, to identify the “best in client satisfaction” real estate agents serving the Sarasota area. This past December, Crescendo surveyed by mail and phone 19,000 Sarasota-area residents who had recently purchased homes. An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies, who are often best able to judge a real estate agent’s technical skills and knowledge.
On the surveys, recipients were asked to evaluate only real estate agents whom they knew through personal experience. They were asked to evaluate them based upon nine criteria, including, customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finding the right home, marketing of the home and overall satisfaction.
By January, stacks of surveys had arrived and Crescendo began carefully scoring and screening each nominee with the Florida State Real Estate Commission’s database to make certain that licenses were up to date and that no disciplinary actions were pending. Before finalizing the list, nominated agents were reviewed by a blue ribbon panel of local industry experts.
The panel consisted of realty company executives, professional and trade association officers and others directly involved in housing-related businesses. Although panelists’ comments were incorporated into the final score, safeguards were built into the review process to reduce the ability of panel members to influence the composition of the final list on the basis of company affiliation.

SARASOTA, Fla., May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Sarasota & Her Islands (www.sarasotafl.org) is home to Dr. Beach's 2009 number two beach in the country as announced, May 22 by Stephen P. Leatherman, a.k.a. Dr. Beach.
Siesta Key beach is located on Florida Gulf's Coast in Sarasota County. It has been selected only second to Hanalei Bay in Hawaii and with just one other beach in Florida making the top 10 list. Dr. Beach bases his selections on 50 criteria.
Dr. Beach's website (www.drbeach.org) stated, "With some of the finest, whitest sand in the world, this [Siesta Key] beach attracts sand collectors from all over. This beach is great for volleyball and other types of recreational fitness."
In addition to the world-renowned beach conditions, Siesta Key offers vacationers luxury and casual accommodations, dining, shopping and recreation. It is just minutes from additional beaches, cultural attractions, entertainment and activities.
"Those of us who have experienced Siesta Key beach for ourselves are not surprised that it was named one of the countries best beaches -- it is after all a stunning coastline," said Sarasota & Her Islands Convention and Visitors Bureau President Virginia Haley. "We are thrilled to be sharing such high accolades with Hanalei Bay and hope that travelers who may find it impossible to get to Hawaii this year will choose Sarasota and her islands for a similar beach-going experience -- not to mention all that we have to offer beyond the beaches."
