CHARITY & WEISS International Realty LLC was founded by the Owners Gabriele Charity and Ruediger Weiss, Licensed Real Estate Brokers. Jennifer Morgan, Cathleen Mai, Juergen Stahl and Erich Fuerbeck joined the company as Licensed Real Estate Sales Associates and Silke Busche as Property Manager and Account Executive.
As members of the Sarasota Board of Realtors (SAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR), the CIPS Network, the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), and the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce we have built and forged various domestic and international alliances, which enable us to provide real estate services to you globally with our strongest emphasis in the USA and Europe.

Gabriele (Gabi) Charity, Licensed Real Estate Broker, ABR, CIPS, CRS, GRI, e-PRO & Notary Public
Gabriele was born and raised in Munich, Germany, where she worked as a school teacher for 26 years. In 1991 while vacationing and visiting Sarasota together with her husband Bruce, they fell in love with the beautiful Sarasota area and its barrier islands. Already then they started to invest in Real Estate in the Sarasota Area and started their vacation rental business. Yearning for tropical breezes and a more relaxed lifestyle, they decided in 2000 to make Sarasota their permanent home and Gabriele became a Real Estate Broker. In addition to the Certified Residential Specialist CRS designation, she graduated at Graduate Real Estate Institute GRI, and holds the Certified International Property Specialist CIPS, Accredited Buyer Representation ABR, Internet Professional e-PRO and the Certified New Home Sales Professional CSP designations. Rüdiger (Rudi) Weiss, Licensed Real Estate Broker, TRC
Ruediger was born in Hamburg, Germany. He has over 20 years experience in the international Real Estate Business. Beginning at the Property Management Department at the "Alte Leipziger Lebensversicherung AG“ and later as Executive Manager in the Real Estate Department of the Dresdner Bank AG, Frankfurt. He is President and owner of the Germania Consulting Inc. Rudi made Sarasota his permanent home in 2005. Now a partner at Charity & Weiss, he shares his international experience in banking and real estate with clients. Ruediger is a Transnational Certified Agent TRC. Rudi is specialized in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He has been named by the Sarasota Magazine "Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent 2009 & 2010".

Jennifer (Jen) Morgan, GRI, Realtor®
Jennifer was born on an Army base in San Antonio, and spent her childhood moving throughout the U.S. and Europe with her family. Traveling at an early age gave her an understanding of people from a diversity of backgrounds which has translated into her individual clients needs. She has a talent establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients based upon the energetic commitment to service that she provides to each of them. Jen became a permanent resident of Sarasota in 1993, and graduated high school here, giving her an intimate knowledge of the area. After finishing school, she established a career in tax preparation, which helped develop her innate organizational and financial skills. She earned her real estate license at Manatee Community College in 2003, has worked in both administrative and sales positions in real estate and now shares her passion for Real Estate with her clients as a Sales Associate at CHARITY & WEISS.

Juergen Stahl, Realtor®
Juergen was born and raised in Weinstadt near Stuttgart/Germany and he resides together with wife Eva and his two daughters on Siesta Key. Juergen graduated from Business-School, including an International Business-Degree from the University of Malaga/Spain. After managing his own electronic store, he held the position as the Managing Director of a Media Markt, the largest chain of electronic stores in Europe. Juergen discovered Sarasota vacationing in the US in 1980, fell in love with the area and since then he visited as often as possible until he and his family finally decided in 2002 to move to Sarasota. In 2001 Juergen bought his first investment property and since 2002 he manages and rents vacation homes in the Sarasota area. Juergen joined CHARITY & WEISS as a Sales Associate and he manages the Vacation Rentals for clients of CHARITY & WEISS. Juergen is fluent in English and German.

Erich (Eric) Fuerbeck, Realtor®, SFR
Erich was born in Bratislava, Slovakia, but grew up in the US. After earning his Mathematics degree at the University of California, Berkeley, he pursued a career in the Defence industry, working mainly on NATO projects worldwide. Upon retiring from Siemens, Munich in 2002, he has moved to Florida where he got his real estate license and started his second career as a residential realtor. He is a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure specialist and speaks fluently English, German, Czech and Slovak.

Cathleen was born and raised in Chemnitz, Germany. She studied in Munich and Hamburg and after she earned her Business Degree, she returned to her hometown and worked first as an independent Financial Adviser for 15 years and later in a Management Position in an Investment Firm. After dreaming about living in Florida for years, Cathleen and her family decided in 2009 to move to Sarasota where she now got her Real Estate license.

Silke Busche, born in Hannover, Germany received a BA in economics from FH Munich. After working in Stockholm, Luxembourg and New York, she made Sarasota her home in 1991. The mother of two children continued her education in Sarasota with a tax preparer examination and completed the Accounting Operations Program at SCTI as Honor Student. She holds a license as a Community Association Manager (CAM). Silke is also fluent in German and Swedish.

Michaela was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany. She graduated from Business School and after a 3-year apprenticeship, began her career as an Industrial Manager. Michaela quickly found her passion in sales and took pride in her exceptional interpersonal skills and she became a regional sales manager. In 2000 Michaela moved to Sarasota with her husband and two children. Michaela joined CHARITY & WEISS as a Sales Associate. Being involved in Real Estate was always her goal and passion. Michaela is fluent in German and English.
